Adventures in Tubing

Meg, Jake and Alan on the tubing hill at Soldier Hollow. It was a really fun time with the exception of Nat and Meg crashing into a fence.
Jake and a long line of people - the lines were long, but we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be hauled up the mountain again.
So fun!!!
Meggie being towed up the hill.
Nat taking a break
Jake and Derek taking a break
The kids in front of the lodge at Soldier Hollow
Midway in the winter is so beautiful!
A deer coming through...He was actually part of a pack (or herd?) of about 5 deer. The kids in front of the most beautiful, aqua-colored natural ice sculpture at the Homestead Resort in Midway.
Nat and Alan
Alan and the boys also swam in the crater at Homestead Resort...a 65-foot deep warm water pool at the bottom of a large crater. All of my pictures from that were pretty foggy from the steam...but they had a great time!

Looks so fun! Now, question. I am fundamentally opposed to tubing, however, Splenda Daddy's family has an outing planned for the 6th at Soldier Hollow and swear on their father's grave it is safe.
Meg crashing into a fence does not sound safe.
Details baby!.........

So fun! You are such a fun family - always doing something! I think I'd better block my kids from seeing your blog . . . .

Such fun. That's the best way to sled...never having to walk up the hill.

Are we ever going to lunch again? I don't think this counts as v.t.!
